Huawei Set to Pre-load TrueCaller Dialer App In its New Flagship Smartphones

Many of us are conversant with "TrueCaller" app, which comes with an amazing feature that let you run a background check on the identity of a particular caller using his or her phone number. True Caller app helps you detect and blocks annoying spam calls from Telecom providers as well as fraudsters.

TrueCaller is owned by a Swedish company and they have partnered with China's Huawei to pre-load the popular dialer/caller ID app to Huawei's new Flagship smartphones.

Here is an excerpt from the company's blog post about the development;

We are also proud to announce today that we have joined forces with Huawei mobile phones (Huawei achieved 40M+ smartphone shipments from overseas market in 2015,) which will now come preloaded with the new Truecaller app in its flagship devices starting with Honor 8, to provide our users with smart dialer functions right from the day they buy the new device

Huawei is the primary smartphone enterprise to respond to reports from hundreds of thousands of TrueCaller customers to have the app as a complete replacement to the default phone dialer on many mobile phone manufacturers.
